Let the referrals do all the work? I don't think so.

There are Agloco members that have huge referral networks, some of more than 10000 referrals. You can imagine someone with a network like that thinks, "No Viewbar and Internet surfing for me". Agloco has anticipated that problem by putting in some groundrules. You will have to surf yourself in order to benefit from your referrals. If the maximum payable hours is 5, and you surf two and a half hours a month, you will only receive 50% of the income your referral generate for you. This only counts when your referrals surf 100% of the hours themselves. I think this is a fair system, since we will not be paid to sit on our asses. What do you think?
